More than a ZIP+4 Lookup

ZIP plus 4 code lookup tools have to do more than full ZIP Code lookup. Before a user receives a ZIP+4 Code, the input address should undergo a standardization and validation process to confirm the address is deliverable.

When you enter your address into our tool, it also verifies and standardizes your entire address, ensuring that your mail arrives at its intended destination. Additionally, our tool uses authoritative datasources to return useful metadata for your address, such as census data, demographic information, and even geo-coordinates. With this additional information, you can gain insights into your local community and make more informed decisions about your business

  • Address Components Address components are the individual pieces of information that make up a complete address. standard address components include the recipient name, street number and name, apartment or suite number (if applicable), city, state, and full ZIP code.
  • Delivery Analysis Delivery Point Validation (DPV) is a tool used by the United States Postal Service (USPS) to verify the accuracy of an address down to the specific delivery point. When an address is validated using DPV, a set of fields are returned that provide information on the delivery status and characteristics of that address.
  • Geocodes & Census Data Geocodes are coordinates used to map and analyze data related to a specific location. When applied to an address, geocodes can return Census data on population, income, and other demographics. This data can help businesses understand their customers and make data-driven decisions.

While our web tool is a valuable resource for validating a single address and providing comprehensive data, its primary purpose is to showcase our enterprise-ready software. No ZIP Code? No problem.

Our address validation software is able to retrieve the ZIP code of an address based on the Street name and number, City, and State information. If you don't have the ZIP code information for an otherwise complete address, our tool can find it for you.

How do I find the ZIP Code for my address?

You can simply use our free tool at the top of the page. Enter your address in the form above – if you don’t know the ZIP code for your address, you can leave that field blank. Then click “Go” or “Submit” to launch the validation process. The ZIP Code for your address will be the five digit or nine digit code at the end of your verified address.

I have a PO box address. How do I look up the ZIP Code for a PO Box address?

Our software supports PO box addresses as well. To validate a PO box address, put your PO box information into the Street Address field, then provide the City and State information before proceeding.

 

For example, let’s use a hypothetical PO Box with the number #123 located in La Crosse, Wisconsin. You would provide the following information:
